What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped.

What is the shelf life of Rancher's Chips?
We mark our bags with a conservative 120 day expiry from when they are made, but they stay fresh until about 30 days past expiry.
Do you use any seed oils?
Never. Rancher’s Chips are 100% seed oil-free. We use only pure beef tallow, which is naturally stable and resistant to the oxidation that occurs in industrial vegetable oils like canola or sunflower.
