Returns
Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns. Food items cannot be resold once shipped to ensure the safety and quality of our products.
Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Before Shipping: If you need to cancel your preorder, refunds can be requested up to the point of shipping.
- Item Not as Described: If your order arrives damaged or does not match the description provided, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
