Our chips are kettle-cooked in beef tallow, following the tradition of the original potato chips and french fry recipe, which provides that same nostalgic, savory flavor and crisp texture not found in chips fried in vegetable oils.
Beef tallow offers a natural umami and richness compared to typical frying oils, delivering the classic flavor reminiscent of early McDonald's fries.

Love the chips!! They are so much better tasting and you don't have to eat the entire bag to be satisfied. No chemical taste! LOVE THEM!!!
I typically don’t like providing a review if it isn’t favorable to the company or product. I know you can’t get better without knowing what your consumers think and appreciate the opportunity to provide my opinion.
The chip is very crunchy, which I like.
I’ve never had anything fried in beef tallow, so perhaps the smell when I opened the bag wasn’t that of a stale chip but just that they were fried in something more healthy than chemicals (which, is why I bought your product!) I couldn’t get past the smell and the chip was verybland in flavor.
I did, however, heat them up in the oven (250* for 5 mins) and placed them in a bowl and salted them after and they were much better.
I’m one person, who bought your product because I was looking for more healthy options for snacks and one that I don’t home make myself.

I don’t eat chips very often but I wanted to try them. These chips have a very distinct flavor compared to all the different chips I’ve ever eaten. They are also much crispier than any other I’ve ever had. Will definitely come back for more.
More salt please
