Alongside potatoes, beef tallow, and salt, the seasoning may include one or more of the following ingredients: sodium diacetate, citric acid, malic acid, and/or vinegar powder.

Vinegar cannot be simply turned to a powder to use as seasoning, this would require a carrier such as maltodextrin or tapioca syrup solids.

There are other brands that only declare vinegar powder or vinegar alone on their label, but such a thing is not possible without a carrier.

We are leaning towards using sodium diacetate and citric acid to avoid additives.
